Why is the FocusVape Pro Vaporizer so Popular in Australia and New Zealand?

The FocusVape Pro portable vaporizer has been on the market for a few years now and it is still one of the most popular portable vapes in Australia and New Zealand.

Despite other model releases from the FocusVape manufacturer, iFocus, the Pro model keeps outselling their new releases and keeps resonating with vapers across Australia and New Zealand.

We have been using the FocusVape Pro ourselves and have tested dozens and dozens of other devices that it can be compared to. In this post, I’ll break it down why the Pro has been such a successful vaporizer.

One of the keys to the success of the FocusVape Pro is its design.

It makes a convincing first impression with its robust pen style design that feels good in the hand and its considerable weight seems to suggest a quality product.

The more you use it, the more you realize how well the product has been thought out and designed.

Adjustable Airflow

Little touches like the adjustable airflow seems like a gimmick on the list of features, however, when you use the FocusVape Pro, you notice how well they work.

The airflow adjustment ring is very precise and far exceeded my expectations. You can completely close the airflow on the vaporizer and can make very precise adjustments to the amount of air that is flowing through your chamber with the airflow adjustment ring.

Replaceable Battery

Many vapers appreciate the ability to change the battery in a vaporizer. There are a couple of reasons for this:

#1 – You can always have a spare battery ready and if your battery in your device goes flat, you can just simply swap the batteries over and keep vaping. You never get caught out mid-session.

#2 – In most cases, the life of a portable vaporizer is limited to the life of the battery. If your battery dies, obviously that means the end of your vaporizer’s life as well, unless you can change the battery.

FocusVape has released other vapes since the FocusVape Pro, however, they have not dented the popularity of the Pro model.

For less than $200 you get a high-quality portable vaporizer that is known to last for a long time and comes with a free water bubbler in the box.

Yes, that’s right, the FocusVape Pro does come with an included water bubbler in the box that you can simply put on the top of your device to enjoy your vapor through a water bubbler.

There are other pen-style vaporizers on the market that offer a water bubbler attachment, however, they are optional extras and can cost up to a 100 bucks on the top of the price of your vaporizer.

The bubbler not only free with the FocusVape Pro, but it also works very well and easy to use. I do use the bubbler most of the time with my FocusVape Pro as it really does enhance the vaping experience.

This vape packs in a lot of value and the kit even includes 2 dosing carts, also called dosing capsules.

These little stainless steel carts enable you to preload your herbs into them and simply insert the carts into your chamber when you are ready to vaporize.

The FocusVape is a conduction vaporizer but with the use of the dosing cart creates a little more of a conviction vaporizer experience due to the cart holding the herbs away from the ceramic chamber walls.

Reliability and Durability

One of the reasons why the FocusVape Pro made name for itself and keeps selling well is that it is bloody reliable.

Some vapes tend to break down more than others and the FocusVape seems to be an old faithful with very few problems across the board.
The solid design and the rubber outer casing of the device seem to protect it very well.

My device has been going for over 2 years and had been used for many 100’s of hours. During this time it got its fair share of drops and knocks but it still seems to be going as good as a new one.

I had to change the battery once, but that’s all it required to keep going for all this time.

Obviously, I’ve been cleaning it regularly, but I’ll talk about that in more details below.

Many of our more senior customers like the FocusVape Pro as it is super easy to use and very reliable in terms of operations.

This impresses vapers, most especially the ones that have used other, less reliable devices before.

The FocusVape Pro is the device that we sell most often as a gift. Someone buys one for themselves and so impressed with it, that they end up buying it for a family member or friend as a present.

What could I say? Some people are just really good at getting gifts for others.

Super easy to use, clean and maintain

One of the most underrated features of a vape, before you own one, is the ease of cleaning.

This becomes one of the most important features once you have your new vaporizer and most especially when the first cleaning becomes due.

Some vaporizers operate well, however they are really hard to clean and often take a lot of time.

With your FocusVape Pro all you have to clean regularly is the glass mouthpiece, the ceramic filter and the stainless steel screen.

Every now and then you’ll have to clean the bubbler, that does take a bit of an effort, but can still easily be done.

Since we released this video, FocusVape has come out with a new style water bubbler that has a removable top.

The FocusVape Pro still includes the old style water bubbler in the box, however, the new style can be purchased separately if you prefer even easier cleaning.

Below is a picture of the new easy clean and the original one piece bubblers.

In terms of maintenance, what you can expect is to get some replacement ceramic filters and perhaps a replacement screen for the mouthpiece every once in a while.

Every year or so you might also have to change the battery if you use the device daily.

When you notice that your battery takes less and less charge and you can only have one or two sessions before it needs to go on the charger, you’ll know it’s time for a new battery.

Conclusion

The FocusVape Pro remains one of the most loved portable vaporizers in both Australia and New Zealand and there seems to be many good reasons for it.

As you can see above, it is not due to a marketing trick but more so to a quality product that gets a lot of word of mouth referral.

It is a great portable vaporizer for entry-level vapers who have never vaped before and also suitable for vaping experts as well, who have been vaping for a long time.
